SVC-07 / Claude training

Claude training in French-speaking Switzerland, online. Learn by making.

Most professionals use Claude like a search engine. There are four levels above that. The course takes you up the steps that change a working day, on your own tasks, with a trainer.

No technical knowledge needed for the foundations.

Live online · in French or in English · with Camilo Rivera · small group or one-to-one

01The five levels

Five levels of using Claude. Where are you?

Between a question asked on the fly and a chain that works on its own, we distinguish five levels. Recognising yours tells you what the course needs to change for you.

For independent professionals, SME directors and managers who spend their days in letters, quotes, summaries and reports.

N1The researcher
A question, an answer, and a blank page the next time you need something. You explain your trade again in every conversation.
Starting point
N2The organiser
One workspace per file, fed with your documents. The tool answers from your sources, and you know where each sentence comes from.
Foundations
N3The delegator
Named, replayable instructions; the tool reads your files and prepares drafts. You review, you sign.
Begun in the foundations · project module
N4The builder
You build your own tools with an agent: a site, an automation, a dashboard.
Project module
N5The architect
Chains that run without you, measure themselves, and hand you a reading. A human decides.

02The programme, step by step

Three steps. What you learn at each one.

The foundations cover the first two steps; the project module, the third.

Step 1 · from level 1 to level 2

Giving the tool what it does not know about you

At level 1, Claude knows neither who you are nor what “firm” means where you work: it fills the gaps with an average. The first step replaces that average with your own information: standing instructions set once and for all, the context, role, task, format grid with every request, and a workspace fed with your documents.

You practise
The example below, then your privacy settings, checked together over screen share.
You leave with
The method sheet, and your standing instructions in place.
Sessions
S1 and S2: a full demonstration, the grid practised on a real letter, your first task built and tested on a real case.
Tools

A situation from your week

Level 1 · the blank page

« Reply to this unhappy client »

What the tool answers

Dear Sir or Madam, we sincerely apologise for the delay you have experienced.

As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a commercial discount.

We are doing everything we can to deliver as soon as possible.

Level 2 · from your documents

Subject: installation date for your bookcase

Dear Mrs Favre, delivery was scheduled for 20 August. On 11 August you asked us to change two dimensions; under article 6 of the contract, the lead time restarts when the new drawings are approved, which we received on 18 August.

Contract of 12 March, art. 6 · Email of 11 August

Installation is confirmed for 4 September, in the slot reserved as soon as the drawings were approved.

Drawings approved 18 August · Installation schedule

We remain at your disposal to prepare that appointment with you.

Standing instructions: firm and cordial tone, no gesture without approval

Not found in your documents

The email in which the client approved the drawings on 18 August is not among the documents provided. Find it and attach it before sending.

What you check before signing

The clause cited and both dates, in the contract and the email. The tone. Then you sign.

Fictional example: the facts are invented, the mechanism is real.

See what the tool knew about you

Your standing instructions

  • Bespoke joinery, eight people, in Valais. Our clients are private individuals and architects.
  • Firm and cordial tone. No commercial gesture without my approval. Always cite the document a fact comes from.

In your workspace

  • The contract signed on 12 March
  • The email exchange with the client since July
  • The September installation schedule

The request, in four parts

  • context

A client disputes the deadline for her bookcase after asking for a change during production.

  • role

The workshop manager, who knows the file.

  • task

Reply by recalling what the contract provides and the confirmed installation date, with no commercial gesture.

  • format

A ten-line email, ready to sign, with the source of every fact.

The difference between the two answers is not the tool, it is what the tool knew about you.

Step 2 · from level 2 to level 3

Write once, replay every time

At level 2, every good instruction stays in one conversation and gets lost. The second step names it, files it and replays it on the next case: the instruction becomes a tool, which reads a file or prepares a draft. You no longer copy things over: you review and you sign. This step begins during the course; it holds with practice.

You practise
A second task, then your instructions filed and tested on a new document.
You leave with
Your reusable instructions · the habits that protect you: three categories of data, anonymisation · a thirty-day plan, three dated commitments.
Sessions
S3, then the thirty-day review: what held, what jammed, the time actually saved.
Tools
Claude · Cowork, the interface for working the way the workshop does without coding · MCP, through which the tool reads a memory or drives a browser.

Step 3 · from level 3 to level 4 · project module

Building your own tool

At level 3, the tool works inside your files. The third step has it build what did not exist: a five-section showcase site, or an automation between two tools you already manage. You no longer ask for a text: you steer a build, and you build it yourself, with support, using the tools we use ourselves.

You practise
Your own project, versioned, with two to four hours of your own work each week.
You leave with
Your project in service on your own accounts.
Sessions
P1 to P5, after the one-to-one foundations.
Tools
Claude Code and Claude Design · Vercel or Netlify for a site · Make or Zapier for an automation. On your own accounts.
The five project sessions
  1. P1

    Technical scoping

What we build, with what, and the definition of done, signed. Nothing starts before that document exists.

  2. P2

    The foundations

The structure laid down and versioned with git, your first exchanges with Claude Code guided over screen share. First homework: carrying on by yourself.

  3. P3

    The hard part

We review your work, then tackle what is blocking together. Second homework.

  4. P4

    Assembly

Everything comes together, we list what remains, we prepare going live.

  5. P5

    Going live

The project goes into service on your own hosting account, and you leave knowing what it takes to maintain it alone.

The project module guarantee and its conditions

You practise on your tasks. You leave with a method.

03The workshop

Level 5 is not on the syllabus. It is in front of you.

It is a trade, not a module. But the course comes from that practice.

Our rule at level 5: the machine collects, measures and proposes; a human reads, decides and signs. OSOM Signal puts it into practice: a machine asks the AIs what OSOM offers and logs their answers. The first reading, on 8 September 2026, credited us with an offer we do not sell and linked to two pages removed in May: a human read it, and corrected it. This site itself has been written and maintained with Claude Code since July 2025 (1,076 commits as at 13 September 2026) and Codex, from OpenAI, reviews what Claude writes, and the other way round. Both read the same working contract.

Who guides you

Camilo Rivera

Founder and digital strategist

Camilo guides you over video: an example, a try on your own task, then whatever is still difficult, worked through together.

Thirteen client engagements delivered between 2025 and 2026, ten of them published as case studies. And the agency’s own tools (the CRM, the dashboards, the internal agents) built with Claude.

Our working rules with Claude are not a secret. Here are two of them, copied as they stand from our files, with their date, in the original French.

CLAUDE.md, the agency’s global instructions · 20 July 2026

Written for the agent, in the first person, after a false statement made with confidence. It is the first skill of the foundations, and it is what the example above does with your fourteen quotes.

CONTRAT.md, the agents’ contract · 6 September 2026

Three of the six rules of our contract, the ones a business owner can adopt as they stand. That log also records that a first version of this page was turned down on 13 September 2026.

05A clear framework

Your data and our commitments.

Your data

We check privacy settings together. Your documents are anonymised; professions bound by professional secrecy use supplied cases.

How we protect your data

What goes in, what never does

Confidentiality is not a footnote: it is the first skill taught, and it is practised before the first session.

Three categories
Public, internal, never. The third one exists and we name it: third-party personal data, health, trade secrets, professional secrecy.
Anonymisation before the session
A ten-minute guide is sent to you. Names replaced by roles, identifiers removed, amounts rounded.
Your account, never shared
Everyone works on their own account: that is a condition of use set by the provider. Privacy settings are checked together at the start.
No recording
Sessions are not recorded. If a recording is useful to you, it requires the written agreement of everyone present.

Professions bound by professional secrecy (lawyers, notaries, health professionals) work on supplied cases rather than their own files. We settle this during the scoping call.

For the full course

Project module guarantee: a signed scope, accounts ready and homework completed. If the project is not in service, up to two extra sessions at no charge within thirty days, then a refund of the project module if needed.

The guarantee and its full conditions
What it covers
A scope written and signed before the first session: the sections, the functions, and what is explicitly excluded. Two scopes only: a five-section showcase site, or an automation between two tools you already administer. Never a vague category.
What it asks of you
Two to four hours of work a week between sessions, and your accounts ready before we start. A session without work to show suspends the guarantee, and the schedule keeps running.
What happens if the project is not in service
Up to two extra two-hour sessions, free of charge, within thirty days. If the project is still not in service, the project module is refunded.
What it does not cover
Aesthetics (it covers “online and working”, not “beautiful”), your texts and images, domain, hosting and usage fees, maintenance after the end, and anything outside the signed scope.
What is beyond anyone here
The guarantee holds provided the access, pricing and technical architecture of the third-party services involved remain as they stand on the day the scope is signed. If a provider changes its rules along the way, we adapt together, but neither you nor we control that.

If the scope does not fit on one page, it does not fit in five sessions: we cut it down during scoping, or it is an engagement, not a training.

Each person’s role during the project

Who does what, no grey area

What we take on

  • Scoping the project and putting it in writing
  • The technical choices and the architecture
  • Session-by-session support, and reviewing your work
  • Going live and checking it, done together

What stays with you

  • Your texts, your images, your content
  • Two to four hours of work each week
  • Your accounts, access and rights, ready before the first session
  • Domain, hosting and usage fees

06Questions

What people ask us

Do I need to know how to code?

No coding knowledge is required for the foundations: you work on documents and everyday tasks. In the project module, you build with our guidance through the technical steps. You do the work, including practice between sessions. If you want us to deliver a finished website for you, that is a web project rather than a training course.

Why learn with Claude?

We use Claude in our own projects, from level 1 to level 5 of the ladder described on this page, and we teach from that practice. You learn to describe a task, give clear instructions and check the result. These habits also help when using other tools.

What exactly is guaranteed?

The guarantee applies to putting the project module’s agreed scope into service. It requires a signed scope, accounts ready and two to four hours of homework each week. If needed, we provide up to two extra two-hour sessions at no charge within thirty days, then refund the project module if it is still not in service. Exclusions and third-party service conditions are detailed in the guarantee section. The foundations alone do not carry this guarantee.

Do I need a paid Claude account?

You need your own Claude account. The subscription and any usage fees depend on the tools chosen for your course or project. We confirm what you need and the costs during scoping, before you commit. These fees are not included in the training price.

Do I have to work on my real files?

One-to-one, we work on your documents after anonymisation, using the guide we send you. In a group, cases are anonymised or supplied because screen sharing is visible to everyone.

Are the sessions recorded?

Sessions are not recorded by default. Any recording requires the written agreement of everyone present.

My work is covered by professional secrecy. Can I take part?

Yes. Lawyers, notaries and health professionals work on supplied cases rather than their own files. We agree on this during the scoping call.

Our whole team wants to automate its processes. Is this the right course?

This training is for individual professionals or a group of three to four people learning to use Claude. Introducing automation across a team belongs to our AI integration service.

How is the fee determined?

We clarify your needs and the right course during the call. You then receive a proposal with the training fee, schedule and conditions before you commit. Tool subscriptions, domain, hosting and usage fees are separate and explained during scoping. The project module can also be scoped and priced on its own.

What does this add to Anthropic’s online courses?

Here, you practise with a trainer on your tasks and receive feedback on your work. The foundations help you develop a reusable method. The full course also supports you in building and launching the project defined together, under the stated conditions.

07Scoping call

Let’s talk about your starting point.

A twenty-minute video call to place your level and choose the course, even if you are not yet sure where to start.

Lawyers, notaries, health professionals. The answer changes nothing about your registration: it determines whether we work on your files or on supplied cases.

Your trade is optional. Your goal can be clarified during the call.
